jiliqqqq Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jiliqqqq," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jiliqqqq online gaming platform accessible at jiliqqqq.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiliqqqq Platform in any capacity.

• Single Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiliqqqq Account. • KYC Verification: jiliqqqq may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Account Non-Transferability: Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise allow any third party to access or use your Account.

jiliqqqq accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• jiliqqqq reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

The following terms govern withdrawal requests made from jiliqqqq Player Accounts:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified jiliqqqq Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, subject to available wallet balance.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval during standard operations. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) banking hours during standard banking days.
• jiliqqqq does not charge withdrawal fees. However, processing times and any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside jiliqqqq's control.
• Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal — or any withdrawal above a specified threshold — jiliqqqq may require completion of KYC identity verification. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• If jiliqqqq has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account sharing, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse in connection with a withdrawal request, it reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal pending investigation.

jiliqqqq offers promotional bonuses, free-spin equivalents, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game categories, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. Only the cash component remaining after wagering is fulfilled becomes eligible for withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on jiliqqqq. Game-specific rules are additionally published within each game interface:

• Once confirmed and accepted by the Platform, bets and wagers are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access Platform features;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an advantage in poker, table games, or any other multi-player game format;

• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or launder proceeds of criminal activity of any kind;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or Platform systems without authorization;
• Any conduct that jiliqqqq, in its reasonable discretion, determines is intended to defraud the Platform, its game providers, or other Players.

All content on the jiliqqqq Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of jiliqqqq or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;

• Any gaming losses incurred by a Player through voluntary participation in real-money gaming on the Platform.

The jiliqqqq Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. jiliqqqq does not warrant that the Platform will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiliqqqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity — where no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, jiliqqqq may classify the Account as inactive and apply administrative charges or close the Account in accordance with its dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements, unless the Account was terminated due to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, in which case jiliqqqq reserves the right to withhold such balance pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through jiliqqqq's internal complaints process. jiliqqqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
